We had purchased new tires for our 12 year old SUV from another source, after experiencing excessive tire wear and unusual feathering on the prior set of tires. We went to Muskegon Brake & Tire for a 4 wheel alignment to stop the excessive wear. They did a full alignment check and determined we had several suspension adjustment points that were seized/needed to be replaced. They quickly estimated what it would take to repair our suspension so it could be brought back into tolerance. Most places would have left it at that. Muskegon Brake and Tire went over and above, noting that our wheels weren't that badly out of alignment and though a full alignment would lead to some improvement, the cost of the repairs to get there might not be worth it. They recommended we consider just letting the situation ride for now as an additional couple hundred dollars in tire wear was probably better than the $1500 cost to repair our suspension. Finding a true service advisor is rare anymore and It's rare to find much concern for the customer's wallet. Their charge for the inspection was very reasonable and the recommendation that we strongly consider the cost/benefit of repairs was exceptional. We'll be back for future service on our cars!

Just a great experience from start to finish!!! I’m a Trinity Health employee so I was able to have my car taken for service while I was at work to have the brakes repaired. They performed all the work in one day that I had approved after sending me a very detailed estimate. I was able to pick and choose which options I approved or declined. I’ve honestly never had an easier time getting my car serviced. My car is now safe to drive for a reasonable price and great customer experience.
