Made an appointment to get a four wheel alignment, tire rotation, and wheel balance before making a 900 mile trip. They fit me in the next week and found an alignment wasn't needed, just a tire rotation and balance. I was in and out in less than an hour and the cost was more reasonable than competitors. I appreciate their honesty and look forward to using them in the future. Thanks again!

My brakes went out while I was driving, my tow coverage wouldn't work for my personal mechanic of years. I googled real quick, found Muskegon Brake & Tire had great reviews and having never dealt with them hoped for the best. It was after hours when my car was towed there, so I left a vm and called the next morning. They got my car in that very afternoon and told me it was not safe to fix as it had too many unsafe things wrong with it. They didn't charge me for the assessment or to have my car there for 3 days until I found a fair price for scrap or parts. They were very kind, considerate and generous and you just don't seem to find that enough anymore. I don't leave reviews, but for that kind of service-it is the very least I can do. Thank you all so much at Muskegon Brake & Tire, Broadway.
