They got us in quickly and completed the repair the same day.

Definitely worth the cost to have them work on my car, even if it was a bit more than I was hoping to pay. Car runs like a dream now and they were kind enough to shuttle me home and back while I waited on the work to finish.

The service here is consistently attentive and kind. The price seems always competitive and the answers to questions are fully explained. It is a comfort to feel and understand that my car has been professionally serviced and all my concerns have been answered.

I have serviced my car here multiple times and I have nothing but nice things to say. They are always very honest and polite when servicing my vehicle and open to realistic options and solutions for vehicles. I am currently burning a small amount of oil and even had a mechanic come out and check with me to make sure I knew how to accommodate for this in my vehicle and was very patient and understanding with teaching me how to care for my car outside of service. I have had many issues at other dealerships in particular when it comes to service and not being taken seriously, and I always feel like my concerns are taken seriously here and I never feel like “just some girl who doesn’t know cars”. Their prices are fair and their waiting room is quaint and nice to sit in if you have to wait there. They have also helped me document mis-serviced items from other places (I get my brakes from midas, my tires from discount, etc) and make sure that I am safe on the road but still have documentation of what was missed so I can return there with understanding that something isn’t right. Very much a fan of Muskegon Brake and their staff.

Andrew, Allison and Stephanie are always friendly and welcoming. I don’t feel as if I’m another vehicle keeping their business running. Stephanie asked how my trip was having told her about it a month prior. That’s customer connection which lacks so much today. And, yes, my Highlander’s oil change and tire rotation done.
