We have brought our Volvo in for service there two times, and have had great experiences both times. The most recent time, my dad brought my car in for a smell and noise concern. They said it should not be driven, so they offered, and drove my dad back to his house! The next day, the car was ready, and they even picked him up from his house to bring him back to pick up the car. He said all of them were very cordial and so nice to work with explaining exactly what was wrong and charging a very fair price. Thank you!
