My battery had no life left and Muskegon brake told me to bring it in and they would work it in that day. Thankfully they were able to get to it and I was able to have it back same day. My family and I count on my car every day. Thanks guys, you did great job!

I am so happy with the quality service I received! From the moment I called to ask to set up and appointment to the moment I walked out of the door, everyone was professional, courteous, and quick! They told me an hour, it took just under to replace all 4 tires and the spare. The cost matched the estimate. They offered me coffee/tea/water. Shout out to Alison and the other woman at the counter who's name I didn't catch. Every interaction I observed while waiting was just as kind as they were with me.

From start to finish, awesome communication, prices were average not high priced, and the staff was awesome.
